They have a shine like silk and are easy to wash. My sheets in brown color have a bronze sheen to them. They are oversized so that they fit my plush mattresses perfectly.I love these sheets - if I could afford it I would buy another 2 sets right now.I recommend them for all.If you have trouble sleeping, these sheets will definitely help.Inside these sheets, I don't want to get out of bed for anything!
